Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

AntKeepers is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and we ship internationally to customers around the world.

Available shipping options and the exact shipping cost for your order are shown at checkout based on your destination and the contents of your order.

We currently do not offer express shipping.

Order Processing

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Orders are often shipped the same or next business day.

Orders placed during weekends or Swedish public holidays are processed on the following business day. Processing may take slightly longer during sales, product launches or other periods with unusually high order volumes.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Sweden: 1–3 business days
  • Denmark, Finland and Norway: 2–5 business days
  • Germany: 3–5 business days
  • Other EU countries: 3–5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–5 business days
  • United States: 5–7 business days
  • Australia and New Zealand: 8–9 business days
  • Other international destinations: typically 3–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Customs processing, peak-season demand, local postal delays and other circumstances outside our control may extend the delivery time.

Shipping Provider and Tracking

We ship orders using PostNord, a major Nordic postal and logistics provider.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. Tracking information will be included when tracking is available for the shipping service and destination selected. For deliveries outside the Nordic countries, PostNord hands the shipment over to a local delivery partner. The same tracking number can be used with this partner—try searching it on one of the major carriers in your country.

Customs, Taxes and Import Fees

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling fees charged by the destination country. Orders shipped to the United States do not incur any additional import fees beyond the shipping cost.

Unless these charges are explicitly shown as included during checkout, they are the responsibility of the recipient. AntKeepers does not control these charges or determine how much they will be.

Customs processing may also delay the delivery of an international order.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not subject to the delivery times stated above. They are sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you cannot find the email, please check your spam or junk folder. Please check the individual product page for information about digital delivery.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation.

You can then contact us at info@antkeepers.com with your order number. We will help investigate the shipment with PostNord where applicable. You may also contact your local postal service and provide your tracking number for further details or assistance in locating your package.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@antkeepers.com as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging so that we can assess the issue and help resolve it.
