A perfect size for starting out but my son was a little surprised at how small it was. Looking forward to starting his first ant colony. He was very impressed by the little details such as the door to close off the ants to be able to change out the sugar water.

My son was very impressed. He says it holds water well and is easy enough for ants to access.

Overall I love the out world and nest that's I purchased. I have a small colony and the medium next is the perfect size.

I couldn't find a more well-thought and elegant outworld anywhere. Antkeepers are absolutely the best. My ants enjoy this outworld. And I enjoy decorating it. I recommend safe non-plastic decorations for fish. Ants like to explore them.

My colony is not yet very big (about 50) but I can say for sure that my girls adore this part of their dwelling. Adelaida the Mother now lives there and made it a kids' room. I add water once per week and highly recommend this thingy. Will buy another one when the time comes.

Excellent quality everything i wanted in an ant farm. Only problem i had was i brought the nesr formicarium for queen ant to pop eggs out which requires complete darkness. In this bundle you dont get the cover and i didnt realise and now postage costs 8x more then the missing piece. The quality of it is very good tho

The sand will look awesome in the Ant farm! Just what I was looking for. No photo yet waiting for my ant farm to arrive.
