My outworld is cracked. Honestly not sure it cracked during delivery or cause by me but i don’t remember hearing or feeling the plastic crack.

The side and top transparent plastic is very very fragile, even acrylic is harder than it. I like the concept that you can block the ant but the plastic quality is disappointing especially for the price.

This is a great product that combines both functionality and aesthetics. The only minor drawback is that when opening and closing the outworld lid, the vibrations can travel to the nest and cause some stress to the ants. However, this can be largely avoided by connecting the outworld and nest with a tube instead of attaching them directly, so it isn't a major issue.

As a customer living in South Korea, the one thing I find really unfortunate is the very long shipping time. It usually takes about a month for an order to arrive. If it weren't for that, I would consider these products practically perfect.

Love the new outworld max, tunnels and accessories. Now have 2 sets ups for 2 different species.

As expected the product received was beautiful. Hands down the most esthetic ant farm on the market. After having ordered, I wanted to add something to the order. Linus responded instantly and changed the order, sent me the payment link and everything was arranged. Great experience!

Overall all products have great quality. The only thing I would like to change would be a better "documentation" on which parts match with which other parts. This would be useful for the water towers: One is made for standing on its own, and the other one is made for connecting with the habitat with the sponge. I was not aware of that, otherwise I would have ordered the one for the sponge in the same order in which I ordered the habitats.

Bra kvalitet och design på delarna. Skulle önska bättre "stopp-skarvar" där pluggarna inge ramlade ur lika lätt. Känns som att man ska få myror överallt om någon kommer lös. Smart design på "boet" med vridbara dörrar.
Min son är taggad på att fylla den med en koloni.

The only thing I would ask for is it to have been slightly bigger for the price me maybe have come with a tube to connect. Also just when you snap on the tunnel it doesn’t sit properly if the tunnel opening beside it has a cap on it. Overall though great and functional product and I got everything that was advertised.

I received my Outworld max in the UK extremely fast. Absolutely love it would certainly recommend.

This is such a cool idea, I love the idea of a modular ant farm that is customizable based on your personal taste as well as space. I bought one as a gift for a friend and he absolutely loves it! The outworld module lets you design and create a little terrarium that your ants can explore, which I adore. Excited to see my friend design his and then get his first ants!

Its a great box lol. Plenty of room to optimize the area for whatever species that you decide to keep or even throw in whatever flair you would like to add yourself.

The outworld design is done very well and the thought process behind the outworld and nest is very good although I did have a few issues which I feel could be resolved with a few tweaks,

The ports are all a little jiggly snd some of mine just wiggle entirely and i feel as if enough ants would just be able to push it out snd escape, Ive had to keep cotton wool permanently in 2 of the 4 outworld ports as I am a little paranoid about this. Also what I didnt see listed anywhere on the site was that if you pick the outworld up by the glass (stupid i know but I was quickly trying to move it while decorating it) the bottom half will just come off, I dont know if this is an intentional design or if mine wasnt put together correctly however i spilled dirt all over my floor 🫠 I fixed it by gluing the glass back down however I then also came upon a new problem with the ports, if any sand or dirt gets into them (which can easily happen) they are very hard to remove the dirt from and it results in making the ports not fit flush anymore or becoming very hard and scratchy to remove.
I did write an email to support asking questions multiple times however I feel that the support team is too small as I have not recieved a response even to an email I sent before I bought the bundle.

I do really like the speed, Idea, quality and design however I feel as with all things it isnt just yet perfect and a larger team could definitely help.

The ventalation insert was too wide and it cracked the acrylic, so I had to sand down the insert to make it fit. Also, the green connector on the outwold side was chipped on the corner. These things are not a huge deal to me, they are just dissapointing considering the $70 price tag.

This company is absolutely wonderful! I was so thrilled when I got an email notification about there being a restock of their products because my finance has been non stop talking about them and how badly she’s been wanting an ant farm but only from AntKeepers. I immediately went on the website and placed an order! it was such great timing because her birthday was coming up. I received a thank you email from Linus the founder/sole independent owner followed by a shipping confirmation email and a downloadable user friendly guide for new/beginner antkeepers. We have not stopped talking about how wonderful this company is and recommend them to everyone!

I’m really impressed with the gear from Ant Keeps. The Nest Formicariums and Outworld Max are high-quality and the modular system works perfectly. Everything, from the Water Hub to the feeders, is well-made and functional. The ordering process was smooth and the items arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended for any ant keeper!

I recenly purchased the Outworld Max along with the medium and large formicarium. Build quality is excellent and looks great! I can't waint to move my colony in.

Den fungerar bra och är väldigt stor och funktionell men den lilla ventilations biten var väldigt svår att sätta i, blev en pytteliten spricka i glaset när den väl gick i.

Received the set, and everything went together easy. I am really digging the use of colors.

I received my Outworld Max a couple weeks ago and noticed that there was a crack in the acrylic. Although I don’t think a small crack is the end of my world, it still shouldn’t be there. I sent a message to Antkeepers and didn’t even get a reply. I’m concerned about, and unhappy with, the lack of customer care.

Update: Antkeepers contacted me, had a resonable explanation for the delay in response I had experienced, and made things right by me. I appreciate this, have adjusted my rating, and will continue to give Antkeepers my business in the future.

It's such a great size, the unobstructed sides allow a great view to see all your little ants go about their business. Really good quality and fantastic price.

Ok, but to expansive!

This is my first attempt at keeping ants. The equipment I bought is fantastic quality, looks and feels great when put together. The way the separate units can be opened and closed with a turn of a wheel without disturbing the inhabitants is genius, a simple idea but something not many other companies do.
