Admittedly my first order I made some mistakes and emailed them, honestly within minutes they had responded and helped me rectify. I'm UK based and obviously they're in Sweden, I expected to and was happy to wait a while for my order arrive. I've ordered twice now and both of them they've arrived within 3 days!.... 3 days! Some UK mail takes longer than that so even more so, the service they use to send their products is amazing.
I'm so impressed with the products and how easy they are to use and the fact they look really nice too. Prices are extremely reasonable, I'm already looking forward to growing my space and placing order upon order.
I was wanting to document my journey on social medias and the aesthetics of the products and brand make that easy to do so.

Exact fit of the nest, easy to see through and the ants seem happy enough.
My ants LOVE this stuff - they enter their feeder with slender little abdomens, then re-emerge with fat little bellies 😂 Thank you Ant Keepers!
I am new to ant farms until I found AntKeepers. This is a true formicarium. And this product has brought me so much joy, I hope to continue to grow my colony and continue to use their products.
Delivered in a timely manner. The nest is really beautiful, well done and seems robust enough. I'll buy other module to follow colony' s growth without hesitation. I recommend !

The products are brilliant the way they integrate into a single system that is very straightforward to setup.
The support is incredible, they had a massive influx in customers during the winter period in late 2025 and they communicated delays exceedingly well.
Product is made of sturdy material and fit perfectly on the medium nest area. An improvement for this would be to have it magnetised or have a little notch for removing it. 10/10 if I lived in Sweden I would buy again
